I have been coding since 1995. I still remember my first love toward coding. :)
My first programming language was BASIC, as usual in my university. I remember
the best program I coded in BASIC was a character based tetris game.
Then I happened to fall in love with C. :) You can say C was my first love. Naturally, I was obsessed with C for the first few months. And, the result of that obsession was a simplistic looking GUI clone of Windows 3.1 like menu driven shell. If my memory is serving me right, I only designed the horizontal menus (File, Print, About etc.) and it could only open local files in a read only format.
